Marion County, From Ocala to the Horse Farms
Marion County runs from the horse farms north of Belleview up through Ocala and out past Silver Springs and Dunnellon, and it includes the part of The Villages that sits in Marion County too. That's a lot of ground, and a lot of different kinds of property: horse farm acreage with room to spare, Ocala subdivisions with tighter lot lines, and retirement communities with their own placement rules. We've worked with all three, and we size up your yard, your access, and your power setup before we recommend a model.
For wide-open acreage around Belleview or Summerfield, a larger PeakLife hot tub or a Wellis swim spa with W-Flow or Riverjet jets makes sense if you want room to swim laps or just stretch out. In tighter Ocala or Dunnellon neighborhoods, a 2-3 or 4-6 person CityLife model, or a Milano or Oslo plug-and-play unit, fits smaller patios without needing a dedicated electrical upgrade. If you're looking at a sauna instead, Finnleo makes both indoor and outdoor builds, so a Hallmark traditional cabin or a NorthStar outdoor unit can go on a covered porch or stand on its own near the pool.
Our Bushnell Showroom and Marion County
We're just north of Sumter County on US-301, and Marion County addresses run about 25 to 45 miles from our door depending on where you are. Ocala and Belleview are the shorter trips, usually about 25 to 35 miles via US-301 or I-75. Summerfield and Dunnellon stretch a bit further out, and if you're near Silver Springs, I-75 to the connecting highways is generally the faster route than surface roads. Call ahead and we'll walk you through the best way in from your specific address, especially if you're coming from the horse farm areas where the roads aren't always a straight shot.
Once you've picked a model, we handle delivery and installation, though options depend on the product and your address, so call to confirm what applies to your home. We'll also go over yard prep, pad or foundation needs, and water care before the truck shows up, so delivery day doesn't catch you off guard.
