1. Pre-Delivery Coordination
We will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. We'll also review your site access and confirm that all necessary electrical preparations have been completed.
2. Arrival and Placement
Our team arrives with your hot tub on a specialized delivery trailer. Using specialized equipment, we carefully move the spa from the street to your prepared foundation, navigating gates and pathways.
3. Assembly and Setup
Once in place, we unwrap the spa, install any accessories (like cover lifters or steps), and ensure everything is properly aligned and secure.
4. Orientation
Before we leave, we'll walk you through the basic operation of your new hot tub, explain the water care process, and answer any final questions you might have.
