Before your hot tub arrives, you'll need to ensure your space is ready:

1. Foundation: Ensure you have a solid, level foundation such as a concrete pad, reinforced deck, or specialized spa pad.
2. Electrical: Most premium hot tubs require a dedicated 220V/50A electrical connection installed by a licensed electrician.
3. Access: Measure your gates and pathways to ensure the delivery team has enough clearance to move the spa into place.

Your First Soak
